Being online shoppers ourselves, we know the anticipation you feel after placing an order - this is why we ship out all paid orders by the next working day so that we can cut your waiting time to the minimum. After receiving your payment confirmation, expect our signature golden envelope to show up at your door step (or in your mail box) within the next 48 - 72 hours. If you have not received your package 3 days after making payment, please contact us.



Shipping within Singapore is and will always be free, no matter your order total. Shop without the burden of calculating postage costs ever again!

If you'd like to have your order delivered personally by the postman via Registered Mail, there will be a nominal S$2.24 fee added to your order total.



We will gladly serve customers from all around the world. Shipping to countries outside of Singapore cost a flat fee of S$15 no matter your order total. A tracking number will be provided, with the cost already included in the flat fee.





At Delilah Muse, we will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are in any way unhappy with what you have received, contact us with your Invoice Number and what is wrong, and we will gladly help you solve the problem.

Defective items will be unconditionally exchanged for a brand new piece, or if we have run out of that particular style, then a full cash refund will be made to your bank account.

If the size, cut, fitting or colour is not what you expected, we can either exchange the item for another of equal or lower value (with the remainder refunded to you in store credit), or exchange your item for an equal amount in store credit which you can use towards future purchases.


Please note that returns & refunds can only be processed for:
• Orders that have been paid for no more than 10 days prior to your returns request
• Items that have not been visibly worn or washed
